Lindy Reilly, famous for his appearance on Man Vs. Food Tucson at Lindy’s on Fourth makes a splash by partnering up at Fire N Smoke with a new menu. With new creations like the Pizza Burger and the Tri-Tip sandwich topped with blue cheese, green chile, bacon, and raspberry preserves, it’s bound to blow your mind.
I met up at Fire N Smoke for their new menu reveal and I was not disappointed. I have to say the ribs were fall-of-the-bone delicious and their scratch-made barbecue sauce is amazing, I couldn’t get enough. All of their sauces are made in-house in fact, including their burger sauce. Their wood-fired pizza is amazing and I loved the pizzachos, Lindy’s play on pizza nachos, what a great idea. We can’t wait to see what new menu creations Lindy has up his tattooed sleeves next. Ace in the hole Lindy!
