I’ve always been a huge fan of the coffee shop scene. I’ve spent most of my life nestled up in the corner of cafe’s, getting work done, having laughs and great conversation with friends. A few months ago, I discovered a great coffee shop here in Tucson off North Campbell and River Rd. They are doing it right, with fresh house baked organic pastries, muffins, cookies and scones.
I had a chance to sit down with the owner of Ren Coffeehouse, Lisa Jane for an interview. Since I’m an entrepreneur at heart I had a great conversation with Lisa asking how Ren Coffeehouse came about. Her baristas demonstrated how they make latte art and we also made fresh blueberry scones from scratch, don’t miss it!
